    Hi swap,

    The voting rights was one of my earlier thoughts and as you mentioned the hybrid voting rights could lead to some interesting situations.

    I still wonder if CNP's stake in CER is an asset that CNP would look to offload tho. It is in CNP's and CER's best interests for the sp to start moving north now.
