its only a matter of time before this part of the US economy and their high rates start to take their toll.

Mind you, we've already seen the beginnings of this with WalMart missing their targets .. they are a department store, i guess there's not as many houses in the states being build to put all the new stuff walmart sells .. additionally, i guess interest rates are sucking up the funds that would otherwise be spent at walmart??
