I hear from various sources that money managers and taxi drivers have decided that now is the time to buy.

That gives me a lot of confidence, in my dreams.

Those taxi drivers are so wise and financial poobahs, since they have no other skills other than reading the manual to you need to support their lifestyle, so do the right thing and pay them 10 or 20 thou and suffer the consequences knowing you have supported one needy family.

Yes, I am a cynic. Comes from getting too old.
