Hi cinooo, I think the news is good news for all holders mate. This isn't an extension granted by the banks with conditions. This is the core blood of the business, how viable, profitable it is etc.

And the results are very good. Having held thru all the media negativity it just goes to show how little jurno's know. The fantastic thing is any bank fears about CNP's profitability should be put to rest.

Despite everything we have heard (the doom and gloom) rental incomes are increasing, a very big tick for CNP. Means my divi should get here a bit quicker and any sales should be nearer to book value. Good luck to all holders.
