Fair enough Andrew. This mornings action is helping with the weakness picture but it's option week and the yanks have a weekend off to spend themselves blind on credit .... again.

Probably means bugger all in the big picture.

I guess I'm bearish as I just can't see how spending our way out of this hole will save our economy. As for exporting every mineral we have to china and then buying the products back on credit, just doesn't make sense to me. Especially when a lot of the credit is based on real estate equity.

The market strength since March shows the market disagrees with me though, and the market is always right.
