Just my interpretation, but I get the feeling that because our BODs are world class, and have their eyes on the big game, they are not concerned with the usual antics of pissant small caps that try to push any old rubbish through the asx as material. For these guys, this is just business as usual: a step on the path to something much much much bigger.
For me, it shows their incredible confidence in what they are doing. Whether it should "technically" be a material announcement, I'm not sure. My feeling is that it does not involve any new technology or contracts so it can be argued that it is not material in the strict sense that the asx now requests.
I love that they appear to consider this as just getting on with it, and thus just a shareholder update. But obviously I'm a bit biased, haha. I love this company. Your thoughts?
