I'd have to agree with you for sure.
I think I was just more going into defence about those plugging stop losses. I thought somebody asked if it was true that some parties can see them and tried to find the article i was reading a while ago about this. Alas I cannot find it so I will retract that it's fact. it was something along the lines of brokers being paid so others can have access to this Information and certain trades, market makers and the like.
