They are obviously not concerned with the history of previous rally pull backs that WBT has had. In a far weaker rally to $1.90 on the way to a volatile eventual top at $2.20 4 years ago there were just 4 pull backs. The shortest at 2 days then 5,6 and 9days. Technically a shallow pullback after such a strong first wave makes sense. Looks like supply is drying up now so it may get harder to "punk the retailers" as you say.
