Can you imagine the global carbon footprint with how far chips have to travel, 40,233 km
This is why I think the semi conductor industry has to be a bit more organised or centrally located to cut down on the energy it takes to transport chips to cut down on pollution.
Semi conductors are Defanatly the new gold rush, USA wants cheap but does not trust the cheap. Guess the USA will have to jail a few more million people so they can make cheap semiconductors.
