You need to remember that 4DS has a big backing of WD and that is in a big way why the MC is so high and fairly stable as well as the likelihood of takeover when they have a product ready for commercialisation.
Apart from being SiOx ReRam 4DS is storage class and different tech i.e Non - Filamentary.
