Not sure about $17k per wafer.
A 200mm wafer with a die size of 1cm x 1cm will yield approximately 217 die by my calcs.

$17,000 / 217 die = $78.34 per die. Seems very expensive to me.
At $10 per die that would value the wafer at $2,170 which I think is a more reasonable but happy to be proven otherwise.
Using a average production capacity of 30,000 wafers a month total wafer revenue for the fab would be $65,100,000 per month or $781,200,000 per year. At 1.5% royalty to WBT works out to be $11,718,000 to WBT per fab each year. All guess work of course so feel free to correct.
