No, he is CEO of NSX that is all. If ASIC win at court, which is definitely no given he may have to resign. It will not affect the implementation of ISX tech platform. Great buying opportunity for the committed.
You have given me a good idea. I will contact ISX and find out if ReRam could help their trading platform with early adoption. Would like to see WBT trade on NSX one day seeing it is calling itself the Aussie Nasdaq.
