WBT is trying to be a leading company in the industry.. and they already have a product in the embedded market... waiting the fabs news now
4DS is YEARS behind, still trying to develop a product, so basically a R&D company only...
also 4DS final objective is to create a product and sell the entire product and company to other company, namely Western Digital.
