Again, I agree with your analysis but in this sector news travels quickly and its baby steps.
Once the technology is proven and subsequently deployed / adopted in a smaller market (embedded) it can quickly pivot into other markets because the technology can adapt into mass storage and or performance based solutions with minimal modifications.
This is the point where the big boys come knocking ..
