I think you'll find its more a direct link between Dadi and the new CEO of Intel, they would have worked together in the past and their might be a conversation regarding both working with Leti.
Dadi would most likely offer up Weebits new RE-RAM memory technology to see if they can do business together or advance Intel's product offering
Intel needs to advance by acquisition or by utilising IP developed by more advanced startups as most things in the semi world - it takes years to develop new technologies, move to fabs and get the products out to consumers.
Intel are already behind the 8-ball they need to purchase or get involved in other technology to claw back some market share from AMD+Others
