Thats how the market works, if the smart end of town becomes convinced they have made a quantum leap and about o deliver it in computing they will back it to the moon and back.
You don't need massive revenue to be rated in the multi billions, you only need a product that the market is convinced will be raking in Billions in revenue with a few years.
