My thoughts on Weebit were that they were after the nuromorphic scene.
The discrete and embedded chips will be by product required for the nuro devices and a useful stepping stone to first revenue.
The board have a plan, its well thought out and well backed - see options converted already, spp over subscription and the recent share price action if 'you know who' doesnt believe this.
