the stated business case for WBT is summed up beautifully in 2 quotes from the article - and the unmet market need they will uniquely address for these Tier 2s' worth $$$...
why are they aiming at Tier 2 produces....?...wbt clearly has the solution to their poor earnings, low margins and high debt ratio production....
the WBT management statement that timing is everything could not be more obviously reflected right here in the above 2 statements imo
