@roddy66 . . just to pre empt . . dont hold your breath waiting for a answer. you will get a reply . . but you won't get an answer.
a simple example. manabouttown (mat) has gone on for a while about wbt only having a dozen employees . . but then clear evidence was posted showing this was wrong. very wrong. but there was no admission from mat that he was wrong. similar with other baseless info he posts. he has learned since the enployee gaf to never post specifics but rather he posts broad baseless statements that while they have some foundation . . enough to maybe make people secomd guess themselves . . they really have no merit.	for example. his latest harping on is that they have had two capital.raises and a spp in 6 mths. he says this as a negative and that wbt is milking the market and us poor investors of our cash. but what is the reality . .
1. first cap raise at 28c. beautifully structured. gave wbt the funds they needed to take company to next level. the tethering of a free option at 45c also a masterstroke in hindsight as it a) hugely rewarded those that backed the cap raise b) gave an additional huge cash inflow through to jan 22 when options exercised @45c.
2. second cap raise. i do not feel this was driven by wbt but rather the market reaching out to wbt saying we want in. WBT got the opportunity to raise significant funds at 1.70 . . got exposure to sophisticated investors . . raised funds without the usual 5-10% cap raise costs . . i feel that exposire is (partly) what has driven the massive number of 6 fig buys in last 3 mths.
3. the spp . . which is taunted as a sep event was actually part of the cap raise at number 2. and if he wants to see this as a negative then you just have to ask . . ummm . . it was 8 . . or was it 10 times oversubscribed?
so yes mat is right that there has been 2 x cap raises and a spp in last 6 mths. for me . . those raisings have transformed wbt from a small cap to a tech company on the verge of world changing greatness. all companies need money to get established .. i see super intelligent board room moves . . . manabouttown sees squandering and sucking money from investors.
all the info is out there . . we all get to see it as we interpret it. i am backing WBT all the way as my interpretation is positive . . very very positive.
