What commercial agreements? Could be a MOU, could be a cost to WBT, could be some grubby IP snaring Chinese company, could be further delays, could be more funding required, could be the market isn’t really interested. Could be many scenarios. The SP could be back at $.70c as well.
The ridiculous statements of commercial deals will send your paper to the moon is completely unfounded. This company does not work hard enough to see that eventuating! Our IP would be better in others hands.
