Point of the post was that yes - most recent patent in place from SiEn was the 4th March this year ' method of manufacturing ' etc
WBT have been ready for fab transfer since dec 2020 - as per milestones yet SiEn patents weren't in place till most recent as above - no brainer dot joining in my view...but hey, what do I know.
no patents in place Mr Chang - no transfer / no deal just yet....aligns with the shelter in place / no fly experienced across Europe as also...imo
you cant mention it on the market as its commercial in confidence ....but you know ....there are signposts out there imo.
just my opinions - open to the scrutiny and due diligence of all as always -
