Yes, but as i said above, there are different degrees of speculation depending on the various stages of start up development. As a spec moves from "just an idea" to "first dollar", the degree of speculation reduces, or narrows. And he clearly doesn't understand that aspect. (And he's had too much red bull and cordial)
