With the current world chip shortage and countries desperate to attain/maintain supremacy ... I think WBT is in prime position to strike an excellent deal with existing as well as with new fabs in the process of being constructed ... and much sooner than the 3 months you suggest. I'd say it's more likely Coby and his team are in the process of evaluating which offer/s to accept rather than being told "please call again."
