If you read the post and read it again ‘ 4DS is more advanced with Western Digital to onsell their technology’ than any ASX company in the chip space. WBT do not have a partner, a commercial arrangement, our patents are ? let’s say complicated, the IP with Leti and Rice is even more complicated, the IP is not 100% WBT as some consistently flog here.
Was not a statement of who’s is bigger than who’s. 4ds clearly have partners, announced US patents and have never veered from saying they prefer to sell than stand alone. WBT may make some coin a few years away plus, but I doubt it for quite sometime yet. 4ds US patents, WD alliance , are $ 2021/22.
Would you take $1.5b hearsay for WBT tomorrow? The only caveat I would impose would be an immediate settlement
