My theory.
May is the month by which companies must finalise their 2019-2020 tax.
Despite the fundamentals and imminent partner / customer to be announced its a good reason then to get out and free up funds to pay the taxman.
Just a blip on the radar, I just wish I more funds ready in my trading account to buy more
