exactly well summed up, if you are an investor looking you see a constant down trend that has not stopped. So if you think an announcement is not imminent which which I think it is not you are better off waiting another month or two and pick up the shares cheaper. Even if an announcement is made you will still have time to join the party, so why tie up the capital in something that may or may not happen this year
