Any commercial deal will likely have a number of elements to it.
Fab transfer will be linked to it , but doesn"t have to be enacted exactly at the time of announcement.
It just has to fit into the overall commercial arrangement entered into
Client product development work and specific integration of the memory module are examples of what is needed to take a commercial arrangement to delivering an actual product to market
There is no surprises here and future steps have been well highlighted by both Dadi and Coby
