One thing Intrinsic could have over weebit is patent ownership. The triune / co-owned model weebit has with Rice University and Leti could complicate commercialising the technology.

This will come down to who from the two have better core attributes with less complex patent agreements and lower manufacturing cost using 300mm production wafers.
