Titianium Nitride = commonly used as a diffusion barrier in semiconductor manufacture...looks like the research on this switching / diffusion barrier has pretty good pedigree ....back in 2011 ( amongst other research papers - Macronix seems pretty deep in this material as well from what I can see) the work was subject to multiple material applications and research outcomes....
reference articles and research on this show below.....familiar / usual suspects
(appears to be 550 deg c to 600deg c - happy to be corrected)
