The numbers out of China for June alone are staggering.....according to an SCMP report the demand for integrated circuits is massive as supply meets the demand in the production of smartphones, full spectrum auto manufacture, home appliances.....(and on it goes)
= 51.9 billion semiconductor devices imported for June smashing the record for March - Chipsets are the targeted import with highest volume percentage and a spend in excess of $38 billion US for June 2021 !!!!
perspective on that is easy, that figure is nearly double the cost of record crude oil shipments for the same period which is also hitting record highs...


first six months of 2021 they imported 310 billion semiconductor devices.....why? demand of course and supply chain security and future proof stockpiling .....also obviously also at record levels.

US catching up....nope! though they are doing well to consolidate a declining position atm, such claims very misguided and laughable really,

the smart guys in the US industry know this an will emerge as key players down the track...

........something Weebit have focused on as one of their key strategies is only now starting to be widely recognised in the US ....
TI recognised it very early as well and are flourishing in the retooling = increased production capacity through intelligent utilisation
(of existing and old fab equipment) sees them on an incredible upward trajectory atm....all imo of course

you'd have to be blind freddy not to realise this is a fantastic global situation to be in for weebit, and other breakthrough / disruptive technologies arriving at market through commercialisation and productisation deals .....it means dollars in unimaginable numbers really.
