no limit to who and how many licences . .while royalty is just a few percent margin on royalties is basically 100% and takes zero cost for wbt so areaight to bottom line
may also be fees based on any work wbt needs to do to help with design as one off fee.
china is using approx 2.8 billion chips per day . ., and yes BILLION and DAY are not mistakes.
