Mmmmm, these reports normally precede other announcements, and I'm going to go back on one of my pontifications that these guys won't raise more cash in the short to medium term.
I'm now seeing that upon the announcement of the first commercial deal the price will spike above $3 and WBT will raise more cash. They need to secure cash to keep them alive till eoy 23 or mid 24. The significance of this will be to be fully funded till their forecast milestone of demonstration of a functional discrete memory module.
If I am correct it will be interesting to see how the market takes this, either negatively (dilution / cash grab) or positively that the company is fully funded up to commercialization.
