Filament or no filament there specs are the same as wbts. Except for retention, which they've never made public. But since wbts are like forever it could only be on par max. They might however beat wbt to the discrete market, because they are working on integrating their megabit array with a selector, aiming to be sold out soon as that's done. They are working with a subsidiary of western digital to do this. However they will never be a solution in the embedded market because their tech needs exotic non standard materials, wbts technis a drop in much simpler alternative to flash. I hold both, I believe in wbt more as a technology, but also think it is possible 4ds can achieve their goal of being bought out this year. This being said anybody who buys out 4ds will have a number of years scaling to what's needed for discrete.. or storage class memory, so they might both arrive in the discrete market closer together! But WBT will IMO will be a mainstay in embedded by this time.
