thanks for posting writer / tj - brilliant write up - Ron has done some great detective work and analysis to uncover the supposed operational metrics and employed substrate materials.....the technical team at wbt must be having a warm chuckle to themselves that what has been a stumbling block across the major players R&D benches for some considerable time ( as Ron highlights) is about to be demonstrated by wbt and CEA Leti in the sub system register ....exciting times

highlights to all the detractors just how far ahead of the main players WBT actually are in this space.....
is that just dumb luck?....nope!
it's the expertise and experience in both the technical and management team in this company ....



One key point missed in the article - ( or perhaps intentionally) multiple exchange paths ( filaments) are created and executed through the formed silicon crystal oxygen vacancies....no other reram player has even got close to this level of development and arrived at commercialisation - think about that for a moment......the constant noise of they are just one of many .......they are ...Ron lists them as well...but not at this level or with this potential success about to be realised....

looking forward to the full sub system register demonstration ....as many in the wider industry would be as well - suggest it will turn many detractors into under standers of this company ...and the take up rate / customer list will grow accordingly over time
