@bnolan, in very simple term, here is my comparison, and why WBT is superior.
1. 4DS main goal is to be acquired vs WBT goal of 5-10% of a >$100B market. ( being acquired may occur but on their terms )
2. 4DS CR imminent vs WBT well funded with approx $30m as of Jan 2022 ( after options are exercised )
3. WBT management team world class vs a solid group at 4DS
4. WBT vision wrt discrete being developed in parallel with Embedded.
5. WBT/Leti partnership and French govt rebates.
6. History of beating guidance with delivering results.
7. Proximity to revenues flowing.
I am sure there are many more but that is my reason for being 100% in WBT. I welcome additions or for 4ds holders to counter.
