I don't share your opinion that the SP take of will be a long way off and is "dependent" on Qualification at SW.
My understanding of the qualification process is about "tweeking" Weebits technology to suit the machinery at Skywater ( SW). Along the 12 month process, milestones will be achieved and rewarded with licensing payments. I believe that achieving these milestones will be a material announcement.
Announcements with regards to new customers, other Fabs, and technology achievements ( both embedded and discrete) will have a underlying upward bias for the share price. Further, I expect that weebit will now ( after Commercialisation ) be on the radar of significant funds and other financial institutions.
