Yep so what do you want management to do they don't control the market and the share price? They are their to fundamentally change the company for the better in which they are doing. Management have executed at an extremely high level in which the will continue doing.
I'm sorry to hear you have bought high but do not make the mistake of selling low, patience is key here. Short-term fluctuations will occur but long-term if this company executes we will be much higher than here.
