exercise price: 45c

back when shares were cheaper the options were a great way to increase exposure. myself and many others sold wbt when price was say $1 and options trading at 50-55c for same $ outlay got 2 x the exposure.

even at current prices options allow 'leverage' . . eg 10k imvested in shares at 3.45 gives 2900 shares. same invested in options gives 3390 WBTOA. yes you still need to come up with 45c per option by end of jan but you have approx.17% extra exposure . . good if you are bullish.

i used this strategy from when wbtoa were 15c and shares 60c right through to as recently as last month. .. by buying wbtoa i was able to have 2 x plus exposure.

major risk with wbtoa as more and more get exercised and what remains is in hands of long term holders is lack of liquidity and often the best buy price can be 55c plus below wbt. this can create great buying opportunity as you can effectively buy . . then pay the 45c exercise price and in reality get shares at a 10c discount. bit just dont be in a position where 'you are forced to sell wbtoa' as you may have to accept a lower price than what it should be.

there are approx 30m wbtoa yet to be exercised so trading in them is tight.
