it is more the price of wbtoa is pegged to wbt. WBT price is what drives the market and like a trailer behind a car WBTOA 'should' follow exactly 45c (or if correctly priced with time value of money 44c) behind.
so yes both will move in same direction however sometimes the WBTOA trailer lags a little.
no it does not mean we need double the capital to get wbt moving. there are approx 125m wbt shares and onlt 30m wbtoa. wbt will trade 10-20 x the volume of wbtoa so it is more whereever wbt goes . . wbtoa will follow (amd often with a bit of a lag that investors can take advantage of)
actually analogy i should use is WBT is a super charged prime mover with a 50000 horsepower multi rocket fuelled tripple turbo engine . . and WBTOA is the trailer attached
