Correct me if I am wrong but DRAM isn't being replaced by ReRam - the GDDR Ram on Gfx cards is already orders of magnitude faster than persistent storage like flash... two different types of memory. Not to mention the cache memory on CPU's.
The persistent storage memory market is large enough regardless.
