Is DRAM using smart memory or just dumb old cache memory ?
Give it time and we will see @soulstice88 Weebits Discrete memory will ruffle a few feathers in this space, just because of cost , power saving and Weebits power saving transisters. Speed , Temperature, being able to scale down to smaller geometries, What was in that 28nm announcement 4 x storage density, You gotta like that bit.
