I'm just spit balling @flight11 - i don't know what will happen - i totally agree with your comments that the customer will pay for this SoC customisation ...no brainer. New tech, new Reram, cutting edge technology and design with savings for the customer right across the production line - I think the NoC engineer initially will be 'inhouse' for wbt (hence that outlay in the hire) but as the design library builds and the 'off the shelf soft touch' access improves with this expanding library, that initial hire cost will well and truly return 100 fold on the hire outlay and ensure those negotiations are smooth and ultimately successful initially and across the increasing orders and customer base.
