With regards to geometries I’d the expect the next target to be 20nm, followed by 14nm, and then possibly 5-7nm. Timeframes could be 6-12, 12-24, and 12-36 respectively for each node. No doubt it will get harder and more costly each time it scales down IMO, with a few hiccups along the way to be expected.
