I am quite amazed we are not at $1.71. if you have no money, and a few weebit shares, just sell them and buy them back at $1.70 in the raise.
That would seem to be a fair strategy if you could be sure you will get them. Clearly the market thinks they wont get them, some scale back is in order. 100 people can take out the entire 3mill on offer so that makes sense. Scale back will be about 2/3 in my view. Just a hunch.
Price likely to be above $2 pretty soon afeter they close the offer.
