Or - play your cards close, so you don't let on to competitors how much of an advantage you'll have in the memory space—in essence, they will have an exclusive run on Weebits memory until another Fab signs up.

The internal workload in transferring the tech and fee's around the license is more than enough proof IMO that Skywater is hugely optimistic about Weebit's tech.
