oh man, surely this has to be that way. As Skywater, in this position right now, they have to be air-tight about the progress. If there is anything leak out, they will just instantly lose the business leverage for the future, and not to mention also a bunch of legel issues.
So for now, the wording from Coby that 'on schedule' is and should be the max we get to hear about.
