Have been following this Racing Challenge series were all cars are configured exactly the same with drivetrain and autonomous driving hardware. They do not use ReRam.
However they best teams are the ones who have the best software and algorithm engineers and techs.
Polytechnic di Milano and Alabama Uni are at the top of a select group of global teams from Universities and Technical institutions.
What it does tell us though is WBT has a knack for partnering with exceptional talent to advance its technology. It is uncanny isn't it, and is just more confirmation of just how good WBT BOD and Management are.
Once this Challenge gets all teams up to speed, possibly by sharing software to even out the field of cars the logical next step would be to include new hardware like ReRam and even go full electric drive trains.
The advancement of Autonomous Driving by bringing in commercial backers is a logical next step even if it is by another organisation.
Would love to see what Polimi and Alabama U could do with some ReRam.
