The market is expecting "Susscessful ReRam technology qualification from Letti" announcement (next month) as promissed by CH, hence the market is pushing up price expecting it to happen a bit earlier (as a lot of WBT targets were achived few months or weeks in advance). That's my assumption, may be wrong.
