ReRAM (otherwise known as RRAM) is getting some attention from those within the memory industry. The International Memory Workshop (IMW) was held earlier this month and was attended by **riel Molas, Weebit Chief Scientist.
I just has a quick look at the website of IMW and found this gem, which seems to me to be relevant to Weebit, given that 28 nm embedded ReRam is one of Weebit's developments in progress with Leti.
