Yawn... if you wanted everyone to know that you dont really know much about (a) what the company said they are doing this year (transfer amd qualification) and (b) what that means (ie a lot work), then good job.
Understanding the process involved and also the bleedingly obvious macro environment does not mean people are burying their head in the sand. On the contrary, it's time to buy.
If you're unsure about the timeline, I suggest you go check it out. Might help you relax and stop panicking
